Location: Makati City, Philippines
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound sales calls to potential clients and leads.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and goals.
- Provide accurate and timely information about our products/services to clients.
- Handle client inquiries, objections, and concerns effectively.
- Keep detailed records of all sales activities in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve overall company objectives.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales (prior experience in BPO is a plus).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Registered Freelance status at BIR (With valid TIN Number).
- Must have a proven stable and reliable broadband fiber internet connection with Skyfiber or PLDT.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including night shifts and day shifts.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently.
- Highly motivated and target-driven.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt.
